Chrysler recalls 370 thousand cars worldwide
In particular, 278 thousand cars will be recalled in the USA, in Canada – 23 thousand, in Mexico – over 4 thousand. The service campaign will affect Ram 1500 and Dodge Dakota pickups from 2009-2012, as well as Dodge Durango and Chrysler Aspen SUVs produced in 2009.
Reason for recall – a defect in the rear axle fastening, which can cause the wheels to lock, which creates a danger on the road. According to Chrysler, 15 such cases have been recorded so far, but no casualties.
